GrandMarc at Westberry Place is located right on the TCU campus, and walking distance from just about everything at TCU and the surrounding areas. The south tower is right along West Berry Street – and tons of eating establishments, including Fuzzys Tacos, Which Wich, and more! The TCU Barnes & Noble Bookstore is just two blocks away, along with even more restaurants along University. A Kroger (grocery store) is located right across the intersection from the TCU Bookstore, about 2 blocks from GrandMarc – so getting groceries for your apartment is a snap!
 
TCU itself, where GrandMarc is located, is just 2 miles south of University Park Village, an area that has many restaurants, shopping, night life, hotels, and the Fort Worth Apple Store. Just a bit further north is West 7th Street – Fort Worth’s night life and cultural mecca. West 7th has been recently developed and is the new hip area in Fort Worth – and even has a new In-N-Out Burger!
